Dancers Haley Bendorf, left, and Natalie Rainwater prepare for their duet "Memories Remain" for Nordhoff's spring “Dance Anyway” performance on May 22.

Nordhoff High School dancers will dance the night away for the spring dance performance called Dance Anyway on Saturday, May 22, at 7:30 p.m. The performance will be live and outdoors.

The one-night only event will feature the Choreography Honors students, along with a small ensemble of Dance 1 and Dance 2 students and a special 2017-2020 alumni collegiate ensemble.

Tickets are available now at www.nhsdance.com   and they are selling fast: VIP tickets $20; general admission adults $10; and K-12 students $5. For questions about tickets, contact Robyn Halverson at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

This unique show will be presented in the quad on the Nordhoff campus adjacent to the Performing Arts Building. It will feature duets, small ensembles and special video shorts celebrating dance in this distinctive year. Two large projection screens, along with professional lighting and sound equipment, are planned for making this a “can’t-miss” event.

Special recognition at the start of the show will be given to graduating senior Choreography Honors students Sadie Beebe, Haley Bendorf, Lauren Dingman, Raquel Duenas, Liz Ledbetter, Sophie Massey, Chiya Newman, Natalie Rainwater and Jocelyn Valadez.

Those who miss the live performance will have an opportunity to watch it on video between Friday, May 28, at 7 p.m., to Monday, May 31, at 10 p.m. To buy a video viewing pass for $10, visit www.nhsdance.com.
